In 2006, PFC came to a big turning point. The secretariat operation of PFC was transferred to Japan Post. Moreover, secretariat operations were conducted by the Japan Post Service Co., Ltd. in October 2007 due to the privatization of the national postal mail, savings and insurance services. In addition, the number of school members has decreased but the number of individual members is increasing. Therefore, PFC needs to change its organization to suit the times.
