PFC office process your personal data for three scenes below. It is necessary for providing appropriate service to you and we do not obtain sensitive data of data subjects. As we process your personal data carefully and limitedly, we consider the risk of privacy infringement is extremely low.
A) In order to recruit members in Japan who wish to correspond with overseas residents, PFC needs to acquire minimum personal data of yours to make it possible to find correspondent partners.
B) Only when a PFC member wish to correspond with you, we provide "address and name" of yours to the PFC member. Obviously this is necessary for sending a letter directly to you from the PFC member.
C) Your personal data posted in the PFC bulletin magazine is limited to "name (excluding family name), country, age, gender, hobby and a message to other person". and we do not include sensitive data that PFC obtains from data subjects.

- Personal data acquired by PFC will not be transferred to a third country other than Japan.
- Personal data of a data subject acquired by PFC will be discarded for the period of six months when a PFC member in Japan will apply for the data subject as an overseas correspondence.
- When going through the top page of the Japan Post Website (https://www.post.japanpost.jp/index.html), we collect cookies to analize the access log.
